The Viddarpan app collects the following data types to function effectively as an educational ERP platform:
- Personal Information: Name, Email Address, User IDs, Phone Number.
- Financial Information: Payment history and transaction details (we do not store full credit card numbers).
- App Activity: Interactions with the app, search history within the app.
- App Info and Performance: Crash logs, diagnostics, and other app performance data.
- Device or Other IDs: Unique device identifiers for push notifications and security.
2. Purpose of Data Collection
Data is collected for the following purposes:
- App Functionality: To provide access to attendance, grades, communication, and fee payment features.
- Analytics: To monitor app health, troubleshoot crashes, and improve performance.
- Account Management: To authenticate users and secure accounts.
3. Data Sharing
Viddarpan does not sell data to third parties. Data is only shared with:
- The specific educational institution the user belongs to.
- Third-party service providers (e.g., payment gateways, cloud hosting) strictly required for app functionality, bound by data processing agreements.

- Authentication: We employ secure, token-based authentication mechanisms.
