Refund Policy

This policy governs refunds for fee payments made through the Viddarpan platform.

1. Platform Role

Viddarpan acts solely as a payment facilitator between the parent/student and the educational institution. We do not determine the refund eligibility of school tuition, exam fees, or other institutional charges.

2. Requesting a Refund

All refund requests for school fees must be directed to your school's administration or finance department. If the school approves a refund, they will initiate the process through the Viddarpan dashboard, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Technical Errors

If you experience a technical error resulting in a duplicate charge, please contact support@viddarpan.com with your transaction ID, and we will reverse the duplicate charge immediately upon verification.
