Distributed Workforce

Our engineering and support teams are globally distributed. In the event of a regional disruption (e.g., a massive power grid failure or natural disaster in one city), our global team seamlessly takes over support and operational duties without interruption.

Vendor Redundancy

We avoid single points of failure not just in our software, but in our supply chain. We maintain relationships with secondary vendors for critical operational services (like email delivery and SMS gateways) so we can pivot quickly if a primary vendor experiences an extended outage.

Financial Stability

Viddarpan is a sustainably grown, profitable company. We do not rely on constant venture capital infusions to keep the servers running. Schools can trust that we have the financial resilience to operate and support our platform for the long haul.
